Business Plan and Annual Review - July 2007
This Business Plan and Annual Review has two key functions. Firstly, to describe and guide the Assembly’s work and enable the Assembly to performance manage its activities. Secondly, as a work programme to secure funding from the Department of Communities and Local Government, to undertake the Assembly’s work and comply with their detailed requirements. With finite resources and significant challenges and opportunities facing our Region, the Assembly has to be clear about its areas of work and those which are best left to others.
