Strategic Review - An introduction

The Assembly is in an ideal position to examine issues or areas of concern for the region as a whole. Strategic Reviews operate within the framework of the Regional Concordat. They are intended to assess the regions response to a particular issue and examine the roles of all appropriate regional bodies including the Assembly. Strategic Reviews follow a similar approach to scrutiny reviews while not focusing on one organisation.
