West Midlands Regional Spatial Strategy

The full West Midlands Regional Spatial Strategy (formerly RPG 11) was initially published by ODPM in June 2004. Follwing the publication of the Phase One Revsion in respect of the Black Country sub-region by CLG a revised WMRSS was issued in January 2008.
