Sub Regional Housing Market Area Partnerships
The West Midlands Regional Housing Strategy (June 2005) divided the region into four parts - North, South, West and Central, for the purpose of conducting strategic housing market assessments and formulating housing policies. Due to its size, significance and complexity the central zone was subsequently divided into three sub-regions. Therefore overall there will be six SHMAs in the West Midlands covering wider housing market areas.
