Coventry City Council, Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council , North Warwickshire Borough Council , Rugby Borough Council, Cannock Chase District Council , Dudley MBC, Sandwell MBC, South Staffordshire Council, Telford & Wrekin Council, Walsall MBC and Wolverhampton City Council.
