Review of the Housing Evidence Base - workshop

The Regional Housing Executive has commissioned Nevin Leather Associates to produce a Housing Issues Paper based on a review of the housing evidence base for the West Midlands. The work will provide an overview of housing markets and the trends affecting them. On 29 January 2010 the RHE held a workshop for practitioners to discuss the early messages from the work which were illustrated through a presentation.

National Housing and Planning Advisory Unit - Sub Regional Modelling Project

A consultation event was held on 14 January 2010 to inform Regional partners of the two projects being undertaken by the NHPAU. One project is looking at 'The Geography of housing market areas in England and the other is a study of 'Sub Regional Modelling Feasibility'. The Economic Demand for Housing in the West Midlands 2006-2026 - workshop

SQW Consultants hosted a workshop on 17 December 2009 in Birmingham to present their research findings for 'The Economic Demand for Housing in the West Midlands 2006-2026'. A presentation was provided for the North, South, and West Housing Market Areas, and also for the Central Housing Market Area. Dashboards for each local authority were also provided.
