| Leoanrdo TOI aims to promote innovative content, skills and practices in vocational education and training. Projects transfer results to new situations, integrating lessons learned whilst disseminating the results. TOI projects require at least three different organisations from three different European countries. |

The main aim of IVC is to improve the effectiveness of regional development policies and instruments in the areas ofinnovation & the knowledge economy, and environment & risk prevention, in order to contribute to the economic modernization and increased competitiveness of Europe. This objective will be achieved through the exchange, sharing and transfer of policy experience, knowledge and good practices.
